Rosalyn initially received her real estate license in 2005 as an investor and to help other real estate

investors. She’s always been passionate about helping others, so she then decided to extend her base

and utilize her customer satisfaction background to assist all buyers and sellers. High value and moral

standards are embedded in her, and it is her obligation to make sure her customers receive quality

service. With that, she has always been transparent – delivering the best service to all her customers

without sacrificing integrity. She has developed so many relationships that have long lasted past the

close of the transaction because she doesn’t focus on the transaction - she focuses on what you want.

Rosalyn is a warm, informal, outgoing, and congenial person who gets along comfortably with people

and meets new people easily. A persistent, eager helper; has the kind of comfort with intangibles

required to do work requiring an intuitive understanding of others’ viewpoints and feelings. Rosalyn can

reach and stimulate others while being aware of and sympathetically interested in their needs. She is

unselfish and derives satisfaction from doing things for other people. Patient and relaxed; is a

particularly tolerant and understanding listener. Customers find Rosalyn easy to talk to and feel no

pressure or impatience from her easygoing and accepting demeanor. She listens non-judgmentally and
